Jess Glynne Launched The Bench Autumn/Winter ‘15 Collection

Music is a fundamental part of our DNA. We have championed emerging artists across music genres from rock to EDM since our inception in 1989. Our support of new, fresh talent is ever evident as we recognised the talented Jess Glynne and formed a partnership before her meteoric rise to fame when her hit ‘Hold my Hand’ reached number 1 in May 2015.

Recently Jess acted as our personal tour guide, showing us around her neighbourhood in London for the latest instalment of our #LoveMyHood campaign.

We’re not stopping there though. As we navigate into the Autumn/Winter season we will also be launching an exclusive documentary, ‘Brit Invasion’ presented by Jess in collaboration with Thump, an imprint from Vice. Jess will tell the story of how British EDM a genre of music that is rooted deep in our history has become the latest phenomenon to hit the American music scene.

We joined Jess for a day, as she traversed London offering an intimate insight into her daily life. As morning breaks she walks the streets of North London where she grew up, visiting the iconic music venue Alexandra Palace where she recently maxed capacities. She then travels across London to her West London studio, before heading to Soho to see out the evening.
